Well, things are moving, we contacted the Marriot in RH to get packages for our guests. Will be very cool - place to hang or rest or party.

Tonight I had some deep thoughts.

I went to visit my dad after his dinner (on my way home from the office). I sat in his room while he drifted off to sleep and it reminded me of when I was little. That was our thing - to sit together and watch movies. I thought about those times...the past...and how Nikki's wedding was such a milestone in our family's life....the future. Watching my dad and thinking of Nikki and Freddie - I thought about losing my mom and this wedding - how my dad would miss her if he knew and how she would want to be here to see this event...this real changing of the guard.
